CHALLENGE:
A luxury house with deep craft heritage needed to bridge the gap between sustainability knowledge and design action — moving from awareness to hands-on circular thinking across its product teams.
PROJECT:
We developed and facilitated a six-week Circularity Hackathon, organizing participants into six workgroups, each mentored by an expert from WRÅD’s network. Together, they explored solutions that balanced waste reduction, physical and emotional durability, regenerative design, non-toxic materials, and social and cultural impact across the full product lifecycle, from creation to end-of-life.
IMPACT:
A design team transformed from passive learners into active circular thinkers, with prototyped solutions ready for integration into real product development.
