About
CHALLENGE:
A heritage luxury brand wanted to embed sustainability into its identity, but lacked a strategic architecture, a public-facing narrative, and the internal capability to bring it to market credibly.
PROJECT:
We shaped the architecture of Acqua di Parma's sustainability strategy and brought it to life through branding and communication. We developed the naming, visual identity and messaging for Acqua di Parma Futura and Colonia Futura, the first fragrance to embody these values. To activate internally, we designed a dedicated training program for commercial and sales teams worldwide.
IMPACT:
A sustainability strategy translated into a market-ready product launch and an upskilled commercial force capable of bringing it to life at point of sale.
