CHALLENGE:
How do you make 180,000 employees across the globe care about circularity, eco-design and responsible production, when most of them have never set foot in a sustainability department?
PROJECT:
We produced a 12-episode video podcast series hosted on the company's internal e-learning platform. Each episode unpacks how sustainability is embedded across EssilorLuxottica's value chain, sharing actionable strategies through a fun, jargon-free format designed to inspire a global workforce.
IMPACT:
12 episodes. A potential audience of 180,000 employees worldwide. Sustainability education embedded directly into corporate learning infrastructure.
