PROJECT:
We created a reversible solar-powered jacket that quite literally lights the way. Made with repurposed cashmere and printed with recovered photoluminescent pigments, it absorbs UV light by day and glows at night — enhancing visibility in low-light conditions and helping protect human life. Designed to adapt to different contexts, it can be worn inside out: as an elegant piece for a night out, or reversed into a high-visibility vest for urban environments. The project bridges fashion and clean energy innovation, redefining apparel as a tool for both self-expression and social impact — proving that when we design for people, fashion can help save lives.
